The selection of the TurboMAG® is based on in-depth knowledge of water chemistry, system design, application, plus much more, this is due to the unique way in which the TurboMAG® operates. The TurboMAG®, unlike its sister product, the TurboMAG®, does not use an electromagnetic field to create its conditioning effect. Instead the TurboMAG® utilises the cathodic reaction in a hybridisation of electrochemical and electrolytic principles to produce the seed nuclei. The process occurs in a water conditioning module, specifically designed and engineered for this task.
At a water hardness of 300ppm the water conditioning module can treat 2,000,000 litres of water after which period the module will need replacing, however if the annual use is less than the module capacity we would recommend the conditioning module be replaced just like any other exhaustible component within the building services.
Due to the specialist nature of the TurboMAG® system we would insist our clients to take out a service level agreement to prevent failure of core mechanical plant.
We aim to offer the most extensive level of service and support, when you engage in a service level agreement with us, we will attend site on a day and at a time most convenient to yourself, where we will check the TurboMAG® system parameters, interrogate the electronics to identify any previous faults, disassemble the stainless steel housing to analyse the internals, such as the water meter, water conditioning module and if covered by your agreement replace components where necessary, reassemble the housing and put back in to operation to ensure correct operation and finally carry out an onsite water analysis and fully calibrate the associated control system to ensure maximum efficacy and efficiency by maintaining optimum capacity. Once all this is carried out we will provide you with a comprehensive report for your records and where necessary we will offer advice on any further actions that may need to be carried out
